Image and Media Usage

• You are the creator of all submitted images or have obtained the appropriate usage rights, including for distribution, reproduction, and editing.
• No personal or other third-party rights are violated by the submission and publication of the images.

Usage Rights
You grant us, without spatial or temporal limitations, simple usage rights for the details and content of your event. These rights include all uses necessary to fulfill the agreement, particularly:
• Publication of your event details on our international platform for the Thomas Mann celebration
• Editing content as needed (e.g., translation between German and English)
• Using submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the 2025 celebrations

Data Protection
In accordance with GDPR requirements:
• Event information will be stored on secure servers.
• Personal data will only be processed for the purpose of event listings.
• Participants' privacy rights will be protected in compliance with applicable laws.

Content Guidelines
Your submission must:
• Relate to the literary or cultural legacy of Thomas Mann.
