As part of the Salerno Letteratura literary festival, the Goethe-Institut Naples and the Istituto Italiano di Studi Germanici are commemorating the great writer Thomas Mann. The evening is dedicated to one of the highlights of the novel ‘The Magic Mountain’: Hans Castorp's Snow Dream. The leading expert and translator of the novel into Italian, Luca Crescenzi, will comment on the key passage. It will be read by Fausto Russo Alesi, the renowned theatre and film actor known for his outstanding performances in ‘Esterno Notte’ and ‘Rapito’ by Marco Bellocchio.
